What to Expect at the Open House


The class is led by Amira Hamzar, a certified Goddess Workout® Instructor known for her supportive teaching style. Amira creates a welcoming environment where everyone can feel comfortable learning at their own pace. The session covers basic Belly Dance moves, posture, and rhythm, making it easy for beginners to follow along.


You can join the class in person or participate live on Zoom. Both options include access to a recording and detailed notes, so you can practice after the session ends. To make the experience even more exciting, attending the live class enters you into a prize drawing, encouraging full participation.

Belly Dance is a low-impact workout that improves flexibility, balance, and core strength. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and meet Amira. Bring water and a positive attitude. The class is designed to be encouraging and non-judgmental, so focus on enjoying the moment and learning something new.
