Whether you want to build confidence, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy a fun new hobby, this 10-week course is designed to guide you step-by-step.
What You Will Learn in the Goddess Workout® Beginner Class
This course breaks down belly dance into three engaging routines, each focusing on a different skill set:
Routine #1: Basic Belly Dance Moves
You will start with foundational movements that build your core strength and body awareness. These basics form the heart of belly dance and prepare you for more advanced techniques.
Routine #2: Introduction to Belly Dance Veil
Learn how to use the veil as an extension of your body. This routine adds grace and fluidity, helping you develop control and elegance while dancing.
Routine #3: Introduction to Finger Cymbals
Discover the rhythm and musicality of belly dance by incorporating finger cymbals. This routine enhances coordination and timing, making your dance more dynamic.
