October is Emotional Wellness Month. Mental or emotional health is absolutely vital to our overall wellness. Stress comes at us from all directions and in varying amounts, which can take a toll on us on so many levels.
It can be very difficult to take care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, all while working fulltime and then keeping up with your social calendar outside of work. You have so many responsibilities, but only so many hours in the day!
In my private Facebook group from the 17th through the 31st, I have free to low-cost activities to help you to take stock of your current stress levels, and make some positive changes in your life to help stop the stressors, thereby improving your overall well-being.
Do the activities that you can, when you can; there is no race with anyone, including yourself.
